What Guests Think About the Washington Jefferson Hotel in NYC

Brilliant service!

Great location next to 50S subway. Mins to Times Square. Helpful staff. Clean, warm, modern room. No tea coffee in room, but 24 hr diners around and coffee for free in lobby in mornings

Great location. 2 min walk to Hells Kitchen which as super nice resturants to suit all budgets. Less than 10 min walk to times square and central park. We stayed in twin delux room. The room was small and the bathroom was too but functional. The bed linen and towels were changed daily. You get a supply of bathroom shower products. A hair dryer was in the room. We asked if we could have fridge to store wine and water and they provided us with one. No kettle or coffee/ tea in the room but Monday to Friday they have coffee in the reception area. The only down side was the corridors look old dated and room walls colour too. I feel it need a new paint job as its painted in dull yellow/ cream but it make s things look dirty/dull. Also need to clean and dust high up surfaces like lights and blinds. The room was nice warm but there us also air con fitted if needed. The Windows opened. We stated in 677 which over looked inner court yard so it was quite. The staff was helpful and they stored our luggage before flying home
