The staff was beyond ...

The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and helpful! We had my 85yo grandfather with us and they were so helpful in making sure he had a room he could get his electric cart in and out! Helped us print our broadway tickets… overall the rooms were pretty good, very close to everything, it was less than a 10 minute walk to right dead center time square. Rooms were very clean and there was an elevator for anyone who needed it

The staff was very ...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating during our stay. The rooms were very clean, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The location is perfect. Parking garage is close, a little pricey but hey it's in time Square so that's to be expected. The room was very small and the only outlet I could find was in the bathroom but we were only there to sleep so didn't bother me any. I would stay here again

I had no problems ...

I had no problems during my weekend Broadway getaway. Location is PERFECT! Room was clean although on the smaller side. Bathroom is spacious ( I really enjoyed the jet tub). They held my bags for just $2 in the morning while I waited for check in that afternoon. Would stay here again when I come bac
