Great hotel, friendly staff. ...

Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Great location--very close to times Square and to the 51 subway station (lines C/E uptown). I will probably return!!

Not sure if my ...

Not sure if my previous post went through, so here goes again. My young son and I had the best experience! We stayed here last July. The friendliest staff ever - almost all of them were super duper kind, nearly like family. Very considerate and hospitable. If you have questions or an issue with anything, they will genuinely listen and do their best to provide answers. If you're looking for something overly posh and sleek, this might not be your thing - but in this price range, you couldn't do better! Very clean rooms, and all we needed was there. I recommend very warmly! (Late review! I forgot all names except Umar - warm greetings to you all!)
