Does anyone know if ...

Does anyone know if I can request a six-month lease at the W&J Hotel and become a permanent rent-stabilized tenant? I think that if you do this, the landlord can't make you leave without a court order and you get the low stabilized rent. I think this actually happened at the W&J Hotel but for some reason it never happened again

Very nice and comfortable ...

Super hotel voor de ...

Super hotel voor de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding ! Verwacht er niet te veel van, daar is de prijs ook naar. Maar vind maar eens een hotel op de hoek van de Place to be voor dit geld
