En general esta muy ...

En general esta muy bien. Sin embargo, se escucha mucho ruido de la calle y tarda en salir agua caliente, muy importante si vienes en invierno

I’m a solo traveler ...

I’m a solo traveler who just stayed at this hotel for 3nts, my first time in NYC. Rooms are small but I expect that in NYC, plus being solo not like I had to maneuver around anyone else. I did have an issue with my cable not working when I first checked in, but it was fixed within minutes soon as I called the front desk for maintenance. I loved that they are just a short walk to everything all while being tucked away on a quiet seemingly safe neighborhood street. I walked around by myself solo and didn’t feel unsafe once. Other than check in I didn’t have too much interaction with staff, but overall I had a good stay here
