What Guests Think About the Washington Jefferson Hotel in NYC

Nice and clean hotel, very close to times square. I stayed there for two nights with my my wife and a toddler and we completely enjoyed our stay. I had booked a standard room via an online booking site and I was disappointed reading other reviews where people have commented about small size of rooms. I spoke to the reception desk and asked if the room size is good for two adults and a baby and they immediately agreed to upgrade me to a bigger room for no cost. On the date of my check-in they were giving a crib which we refused as the room had kind and sufficient for our needs. They even gave us a fridge on request and allowed us to checkout at 2 pm without any hassle. The bathroom was very clean and functional. Staff was friendly and location was great and safe. All in all a great stay and we would highly recommend this hotel
