This is a really ...

This is a really nice location in NYC to get just about anywhere in the city. The 50th street subway station is just 5 minutes away and Times Square is within a few short minutes. Overall, nice rooms and superb location

Nice stay- great staff...facilities ...

Nice stay- great staff...facilities need improvement. The hotel was in a great location, wonderful staff. upgraded me without having to ask. Room felt very clean and despite other reviewer comments, it wasn't tiny in my opinion. However, there were a lot of broken facilities in my room. Had we been staying longer I would've asked them to address this or move us. For example, our AC did not work- the central nor the unit. Unit was making odd sounds and leaking. Shower only had two settings cold and hot. Could not adjust in between handle broken. Many of the electrical outlets did not work (frustrating). I would still stay again because the room was clean and nice, staff great and good location
