La personne qui nous ...

La personne qui nous a accueillie lors de notre arrivée était peu aimable, le montant des taxes à régler ont été supérieures à celles annoncées par téléphone quelques semaines avant, très peu professionnel... Sinon, propreté des chambres OK, le personnel de chambre est très sympathique et serviable, belle mention pour eux. Chambres très petites, impossible d ouvrir 2 grandes valises en même temps. La situation est cependant très bien.

Very good location, staff ...

Very good location, staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little bit small but I didn't care because the price was so good. The WiFi was slow in my room but free. I'll book again if I'll come back to NYC one day.
