Hotel is outdated with ...

Hotel is outdated with one super slow elevator. Pictures on the website looked way better than the actual room but at least it was clean. Location is ok as it's close to the subway etc.

Good location and clean ...

Good location and clean rooms. But we had a terrible experience with the checkout process and deposit and the staff have not been particularly helpful with the matter
