The staff was beyond ...

The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and helpful! We had my 85yo grandfather with us and they were so helpful in making sure he had a room he could get his electric cart in and out! Helped us print our broadway tickets… overall the rooms were pretty good, very close to everything, it was less than a 10 minute walk to right dead center time square. Rooms were very clean and there was an elevator for anyone who needed it.

Small but clean and ...

Small but clean and neat rooms, good bang for your buck. Employees are always nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms weren't cleaned everyday so clean towels never came our way, although you could ask for clean ones at the front desk
