We loved the location of the hotel and will probably stay again on our next visit. If you are going to a show it is in an excellent location. It fit our needs perfectly as there was also a mini fridge, air conditioner, tv and small desk. When we stay at hotels in nyc we typically only use the room for sleeping as we are out all day enjoying the city and tend to go to a show at night. So for us it was perfect for a 2 night stay. The staff is very friendly and they provide water bottles upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely air conditioned. There was a window for natural light which was nice. We also asked for extra soap and towels and the front desk was happy to provide. Just a couple recommendations to make the room A+. The bathroom probably needed some attention as the sink and tub did not drain well and the door did not close shut. Also we tried to book the room through the hotel website versus a 3rd party but it was really difficult to figure out so we ended up going with a 3rd party app. Overall a great option for a couple. It has a great location for shows and tourist activities, friendly staff and a comfortable room. We would book again when we come to the city for a show.

This was my first time in New York City and Washington Jefferson is near everything! I read reviews so I expected the room to be small and it was the size of my old dorm room in college. It’s was still perfect…I didn’t know how to work my lamp and the system engineer was great for something so simple. Orlando at the desk was amazing..he printed my Chris Rock tickets and showed me how to catch the bus to the airport. Will definitely use this hotel again!!!
