Excellent staff. They were ...

Excellent staff. They were all very helpful. Problem with shower draining which was a design problem. Staff did what the could, but will have to revise construction of shower to solve problem in handicap room. Clean room.

Stayed here for one ...

Stayed here for one night and arrived late so it was straight to bed and left first thing in the morning for my NCL cruise so i didn't really get to test the amenities. That said, the Washington Jefferson Hotel was more than sufficient in what i needed it for at a reasonable (by NYC rates) price. The hotel is also only 1.1 miles away from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal which is less than $20.00 for a taxi.
