What Guests Think About the Washington Jefferson Hotel in NYC

Good location , hotel a bit dated but pleasant enough to sleep there , as you are out most of the time

Location is great for my travel purposes and subway lines are nearby. Front desk staff has been extremely helpful and friendly, check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean, but as other reviewers said, our queen room was quite small (not really a big deal to us). Toiletries are nice! Our biggest issue was something that the hotel can't do anything about - there is a lot of noise from the street. Every night were woken up multiple times between 1am and 5am by (homeless?) people yelling and/or fighting in the street. This is probably not a problem in the back of the hotel, but is a big annoyance in a street-facing third floor room

Estuvimos alojados desde el 11/09/21 al 17/09/21, excelente atención de sus empleados, confortable y de una muy buena ubicación para acceder a pleno Times Square. Lo recomiendo para ir en familia de vacaciones o de viajes de negocio. Gracias por su calidad de atención y por todas las facilidades brindadas
